Student emergency information cards must be kept current, please be sure to update us as informaiton changes.

Arizona State Law (A. R. S. 15-871 - 874), requires that all students must have proof of all required immunizations. Incoming 9th graders are required to have one Tdap if five years have passed since their last Tetanus vaccination. Also required is the Meningococcal vaccination, along with the minimum State requirements.
