All schedules are available for via ParentVue and StudentVue on July 8th. You will be afforded the opportunity to pay class fees, purchase Yearbooks, student activity cards and much more!

Pay for class fees

Parking Passes for the 2025-2026 will become available for purchase on the respective cohort dates noted below:

• 12th Grade - July 10th
• 11th Grade - July 10th
• 10th Grade - July 11th
• Due to campus availability, 9th grade students are not permitted to part on campus. 

Governing Board approved and parking fees reflect the following for the 2025-2026 school year, understanding availability comes on a first come, first serve basis. 

A student driver's license must accompany you and in order to collect your parking part. 

• North Parking Lot - $100
• Church Parking Lot - $80

Yearbooks are available throughout the year; however, often sell out with price increases occurring regularly. Williams Field High School strongly encourages you purchase early to manage anticipated demand.

To cheer our Black Hawks on during athletic competitions, both home and away, tickets can be purchase through GoFan. Likewise, you may also purchase Season Passes for home athletic events. These passes are entry to in-season AIA sponsored events and are valid for immediate members residing under your roof.

Tickets to student activity related events, including dances, homecoming, and Prom may be purchased through GoFan.
